We provide independent investment advice across global markets, including public equities, private equity, and alternative assets. Our MFO model ensures that investment decisions are aligned with each family’s long-term objectives, risk tolerance, and governance framework, rather than influenced by external providers.
Private Banking
UAE, Switzerland, Jersey, Isle of Man
We advise on structuring and managing private banking relationships across leading jurisdictions. Acting as the family’s representative, we coordinate multiple banking relationships, and ensure that banking arrangements are fully integrated into the family’s overall strategy.
Private Credit & Lending
We support families in accessing bespoke lending and private credit solutions. Our MFO oversight ensures that leverage is used prudently, terms are clear, and debt strategies are fully integrated with the family’s broader balance sheet and investment objectives.
Real Estate*
Our MFO services include strategic oversight of real estate holdings. We advise on acquisitions, disposals, portfolio structuring, and governance, ensuring that real estate aligns with long-term family objectives and is coordinated with other investments.
Succession, Legacy & Family Governance*
A core focus of our MFO is helping families manage succession, legacy, and governance. We work across generations to establish family constitutions, ownership structures, and decision-making processes, preserving wealth, cohesion, and intent over time.
